Once products leave our warehouse, we cannot guarantee their condition, and therefore, they cannot be returned or accepted back.
Rejuvit assumes no responsibility for goods lost or damaged during transit by any postal carrier, including Post, UPS, USPS, FedEx, Amazon, or other third-party services. However, in cases where products fail to arrive or are damaged, Rejuvit reserves the right to issue a discretionary refund. If a refund is granted, it will be credited to your original payment method.

This guarantee applies to your first purchase, beginning on the date of delivery. Only one-time purchases of three bottles or more qualify for the guarantee, which covers one bottle from your order. We strongly recommend using our product consistently for at least 90 days to achieve optimal results. Since the guarantee is based on the product's effectiveness, it is essential to take all dosages as directed. If, after following the recommended usage, the product does not meet your expectations, you may request a refund within the 90-day period.
Refunds are only available if the product has not been misused, intentionally damaged, or expired. This guarantee excludes products purchased from unauthorized resellers and does not cover taste or flavor-related issues, as these are subjective. Additionally, the money-back guarantee does not cover delivery-related issues; in such cases, we may offer a replacement at our discretion. The guarantee also does not cover over-ordering or buyer’s remorse.
Subscription orders are not eligible for the money-back guarantee. We encourage you to try our products through a one-time purchase before committing to recurring monthly shipments. Refunds are also not applicable to purchases made using store credit or reward points.
Refund Conditions: When Refunds Are Not Available

- Over-Ordering: Refunds aren’t available if you accidentally order more than intended. In such cases, please contact us immediately for assistance.
- Incorrect Product Ordered: Refunds are not available if the wrong product is ordered. Please contact our customer service immediately to attempt to cancel the order before it ships. We will make every effort to do so, but we cannot guarantee cancellation. Once the order has been dispatched, it cannot be returned or refunded. Please note that our customer service response time may take up to 24 hours and is limited to weekdays.
- Financial Hardship: Refunds aren’t available due to financial hardship. We advise against purchasing supplements under such circumstances.
- Flavor Preferences: Refunds aren’t available for taste preferences. Taste is subjective and varies by individual.
How to Claim a Refund
At Rejuvit, your satisfaction is our priority. You have 90 days from the delivery date to claim a refund under our money-back guarantee, applicable to one-time purchases of three bottles or more.
In some rare cases, we may request that you return the product to qualify for a refund. Returns are only accepted within 90 days of the purchase date, and the item must be in its original condition. When returning our product, please ensure it is securely packed and includes a tracking number. The tracking number is crucial for verifying the return and processing your refund. Once you have sent the package to the designated logistics provider, notify us when the tracking information becomes available, and we will process your refund accordingly.
Parcels that are returned to the sender's address without prior contact with our support team are NOT valid for a refund. The sender address and business registration address are NOT the same address as our returns facility.
Refund Processing Times
For orders canceled within 4 hours, refunds are processed in 3 to 5 business days and will reflect on your statement based on your payment method. A refund fee of 10% will be deducted from all refunds. The refund fee is a charge incurred during the refund process to cover any other expenses associated with processing the refund.
Once processed, PayPal refunds are immediate and will appear in your PayPal balance in real-time. Credit and debit card processing times vary depending on your card-issuing bank. Typically, this can take between 7 to 14 banking days before it’s reflected on your bank statement. If your refund is not reflected after 14 days, please contact your bank for investigation.
Please note that banks often require processing time before a refund is reflected on your statement. We advise against filing a dispute or chargeback request with your financial institution, as this can significantly prolong the refund process, sometimes taking over 30 days due to the bank’s investigation and review.

Cancellation Policy
One-time Purchases
You can cancel your one-time purchase order through our self-service portal within 4 hours before it is fulfilled. After this period, cancellations may not be possible as the order will be processed for shipment.
Subscriptions
- Commitment Period: Orders placed during the commitment period (90 days) cannot be canceled or returned. Refunds are not applicable for past subscriptions due to the terms and conditions stated above.
- Canceling Subscriptions: We recommend using our products for at least 3 months before considering cancellation. To ensure a smooth cancellation process, please contact us before your next subscription charge.
After fulfilling the 3-order minimum requirement, you can cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us. If necessary, you may also reach out to us to skip a month or adjust your delivery schedule.
