Food Items and Perishable Goods:

Food items and perishable goods are usually non-returnable. Given that Rejuvit’s natural supplements fall into this category, refunds or exchanges cannot be provided for the majority of purchases. Additionally, our commitment to maintaining world-leading quality standards necessitates stringent adherence to our protocols.

Product Returns:

Once products leave our warehouse, they cannot be returned as we cannot guarantee their condition thereafter. This policy is implemented to uphold the highest standards and prioritize your health and well-being.

Refund Conditions:

For specific cases in which a refund is granted, stringent conditions apply. These include the requirement that product packages remain completely sealed and unopened, with a restocking fee being applicable.

Postal Companies:

Rejuvit assumes no responsibility for goods lost or damaged during transit by any postal carriers such as Post, UPS, USPS, FedEx, Amazon, or any other third-party postal carriers.

Discretionary Refunds:

However, in instances where products fail to arrive or are damaged, Rejuvit reserves the right to issue a discretionary refund. If a refund is granted, it will be credited to your original payment method. Additionally, we are pleased to offer a full refund under any of our listed money-back guarantees.

Autoship Subscription:

Our Autoship subscription allows you to schedule regular shipments of supplements to your home. You have three options to choose from:

  • Monthly subscription (30 days): Your order will be charged and shipped every month.
  • Bi-Monthly subscription (60 days): Your order will be charged and shipped every 2 months.
  • Quarterly subscription (90 days): Your order will be charged and shipped every 3 months (currently available in select countries).

Subscription Commitment:

The minimum commitment for subscriptions is designed with your best interests in mind, as we have observed that most customers experience significant results within 90 days. Please note the following suggested minimum commitments for each type of subscription (Previously paid subscriptions are non-refundable):

  • For 30-day subscriptions: The first 3 charges/orders are recommended to be completed.
  • For 60-day subscriptions: The first 2 charges/orders are recommended to be completed.
  • For 90-day subscriptions: Only the first charge/order is recommended to be completed.

Money-Back Guarantee:

We strongly recommend that customers utilize our product consistently for a minimum of 90 days to achieve optimal results before considering any refund requests. Refunds are subject for review and available only for one-time purchases of the 3-bottle bundle.

Money-Back Guarantee Exclusions:

The Money-Back Guarantee will not be applicable due to the following reasons:

  • Didn’t enjoy the flavor (considered secondary to its benefits): Taste preference is highly subjective and its interpretation varies among individuals. While we strive to craft our products with exceptional flavors, we acknowledge that there's always room for enhancement. Regrettably, refunds based solely on taste are not feasible. However, if after using our products you do not perceive any positive health effects, please reach out to our support team and we'll explore the possibility of a discretionary refund.
  • Experiencing allergies to the product or its ingredients: It's imperative that you research the ingredients in our products to ascertain if any could trigger allergies for you. All ingredient and nutritional information is available on our FAQ page — for further clarification, we recommend consulting our customer service team before making a purchase.
  • Accidentally over-ordered: Once products have been received, returns are not accepted. In the event of accidental over-ordering, please contact our customer support team at customer@rejuvit.co within 48 hours. They will review your order and determine the best course of action for resolution.
  • Mistaken product selection: Ensuring the correct item is ordered for your specific needs is your responsibility. If uncertain, please consult our customer service team or utilize our free gut grader tool. Should an incorrect item be ordered, notify us immediately and we'll make every effort to cancel the order before shipment. However, we cannot guarantee this. If the order has already been dispatched, refunds cannot be issued and the goods cannot be returned. Please be aware that our customer service response time may take up to 24 hours and is limited to weekdays.
  • Facing financial difficulties: Taking charge of your financial well-being is crucial. If experiencing financial hardship, we advise against purchasing food or supplements. Therefore, refunds cannot be provided for financial difficulties. It's especially important to refrain from purchasing subscription products during such times.

Terms and Conditions:

The Money-Back Guarantee applies solely to customers who have bought one-time purchases for the 3-bottle bundle. Customers who have purchased larger quantities are ineligible for a refund or any other guarantee. If you've bought more than the 3-bottle bundle/package, it’s only guaranteed for the first 3 bottles.

Our Guarantee is contingent upon the effectiveness of our products, requiring adherence to recommended dosages and a time frame of 90 days from the delivery date. If our product fails to meet your expectations, contact us and we’ll issue a refund.

Refunds cannot be requested based solely on flavor preferences.

Refunds for our gut-related products (e.g., Rejuvit Belly Reset) are subject to dietary considerations.

One-time Purchases:

Money-Back Guarantee: We offer a 90-day money-back guarantee from the purchase date of the first order of each unique product/bundle (3 bottles).

Cancellation:

Cancel your one-time purchase order through Self-service within 4 hours before it’s fulfilled.

Subscriptions:

Orders placed during the commitment period (90 days) cannot be canceled or returned. Refunds are not applicable for past subscriptions due to T&C stated above.

Cancelling Subscriptions:

Please check the subscription commitment above as we recommend a 3-month usage prior to cancellation. To ensure a smooth cancellation process, it is best to contact us before your next subscription is charged.

Please follow the instructions so you can go ahead with your cancellation request smoothly.

Managing Your Subscription:

We understand that preferences may change over time. Therefore, you can swap your product or bundle within your subscription. Also, you can pause the next charge for up to 3 weeks if you need a temporary break.

Returns:

  • For approved one-time purchases, returns are only accepted within 90 days of the purchase date and the item must be in its original condition.
  • The product must be unopened and no tampering.
  • Please inform our customer support of any defective items/packaging before returning.

Important:

Parcels that are returned to the sender's address without prior contact with our support team are NOT valid for a refund. The sender address and business registration address are NOT the same address as our returns facility.

Refunds:

  • For Money-back guarantee claims, please contact us; our friendly customer support team will help you.
  • For orders canceled within 4 hours, refunds are processed in 3 to 5 business days and will reflect on your statement based on your payment method.
  • A refund fee of 7% will be deducted from all refunds. The refund fee is a charge incurred during the refund process to cover any other expenses associated with processing the refund.

For Returns:

Once the return is processed, please contact us upon the tracking update on the courier’s portal, we will issue a refund and it will reflect on your statement based on your payment method.

Please note: Late or missing refunds: There is often some processing time by the banks before a refund is reflected in your bank statement. Hence, refrain from filing a dispute as it would delay the refund process, sometimes by 28 days.

If we have processed your refund and it’s not showing in your bank account after a few days, please get in touch with your bank.

Customs/GST:

Rejuvit has no control over these charges as customs policies and import duties vary widely from country to country.
